Not financial advice. Everything on this site, in the members terminal and in the chat is for information only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Do your own research. Other members' chat posts are their own views, not ours.

Signing in. You sign in with X or Whop. Keep your accounts secure. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.

Membership and billing. Paid memberships are sold and billed by Whop, under Whop's own terms. Whop handles cards, renewals and cancellations, and refunds follow Whop's refund policy. Subscribers to our X account may also get access while they stay subscribed.

Chat rules. Be respectful. No harassment, hate, spam, scams, impersonation, illegal content, or sharing other people's private information. Do not pump or promote coins or projects for pay without saying so. You can block members and report messages. We can delete messages and ban accounts.

Your content. You keep ownership of what you post. You let us show it in the chat and keep it as described on the Privacy page.

Our content. Our research, posts and tools belong to us. Do not copy, resell or share paid content outside the site.

Ending access. You can cancel through Whop at any time. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms, if a payment is reversed, or if you stop being a subscriber.

Data and tools. Prices, flows and other data come from outside sources and can be late, wrong or missing. When a source is down we show an error, not made-up numbers. Do not rely on them alone.

Liability. The site is provided "as is", with no promises that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or acting on its content.

Changes. We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
